By train
The Bergen Railway between Oslo and Bergen is an experience in itself. Discover some of the most beautiful landscapes in Norway. The whole journey between Oslo and Bergen takes approximately seven hours, and there are four departures a day from Oslo and four departures from Bergen. The Bergen railway is a comfortable and easy way to travel, and is an excellent way of exploring Norway. By the Bergen Railway you can reach some of the country’s most natural attractions. If you prefer to travel by night, the Bergen Railway operates as a night train with sleeping compartments. Tickets are for sale at www.vy.no or at the railway station.

Light rail
Bergen Light Rail takes you all the way to and from the airport. Departure every 5 minutes. Airport bus
At the airport the Airport Bus is waiting for you outside the arrival area. The airport is located about 18 kilometers south of Bergen and the journey takes about 30 minutes. Weekdays the Airport Bus runs every 15 minutes from the center between the hours 06.15 to 20.30. The bus also has frequent departures Saturdays (every 20 minutes) and Sundays (every 15 minutes).
