Registration for EAFP2023 is now open!

The registration must be done through the “REGISTRATION FORM” -link located below.

Please note that participants can pay either with credit/debit card or via bank transfer. The invoice for the registration fee must be requested during the registration process, by checking the “I need an invoice” box. Please, check carefully your data, before the next step. You can make the payment through credit card or bank transfer. Once registered, you will receive an email with the confirmation and information of your registration. Do not forget that the fields marked with a sign (#) and in red are mandatory.

Participation is not guaranteed until full payment of the registration fee is received. Presenting participants must register by April 3rd  to be included in the final program. Please, note also that March 22nd is the deadline for registration at the reduced rate, whereas April 14th is the deadline for registration at the general rate.

Cancellation/refund policy
Cancellation deadline: April 14th. Total to be refunded: 90%

Cancellation policy
ADEIT reserves the right to cancel or change the activity if a minimum number of registrations is not reached or because of other reasons beyond the control of the organisers. In case of cancellation of the activity, ADEIT will refund the full registration fee, but will not be responsible for any other expenses such as the purchase of transport tickets or accommodation bookings.
If the Conference does not take place for reasons beyond the control of the Conference Programme Organizers and Conference Technical Organizer, due to force majeure (e.g., flood, hurricane, etc.), participants will not be entitled to reimbursement of any fees associated with participation in the activity.

Cancellation by the participant
The cancellation request must be made through the “Registration” section of the website (with the ticket number and the pin provided) before April 14th. 10% of the fee will be retained by ADEIT for administrative costs.
If a conference delegate is unable to attend, he or she can assign his/her registration to another person, as long as ADEIT is informed of the change at least 48 hours before the event.
